Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Butte

I?ve given these guys three chances to get orders, right my kids love dairy queen and we are here all the time because we have to drive through Butte and every time we stop we never get what we ordered then they tell me I didn?t hear you. If you can?thear the person I think you should repeat the order because now I have hungry kids and not enough food.

There on Sat Sept 4. Food was fine, service was fine. Had a great conversation with the young man waiting on us. But we were disgusted, and offended when the music that was playing was not family friendly. Hearing the f.. word over and over caused usto get up and leave. We would not be able to take our children to your store. In fact, we stayed away from DQ the rest of ourtrip.

Ice cream was loaded with treats and I was super happy with the friendliness of the staff, they seemed genuinely happy to be there helping me, and I couldn't leave without dropping a tip for them!! Great job ladies and gentlemen!

We were there for a very late lunch, so the place was pretty empty. The service was fast, and the boy who took our order and delivered our food was pleasant. The food was good too. I haven't had a Blizzard in ages, and it was delicious.

We ordered 3 original cheeseburgers, 1 regular fry, 1 cheeseburger meal, one kids hamburger meal, and one snack size blizzard. It took 15 minutes to get our food but they forgot the blizzard, then it took another 5 to get that. I reached in and found afry on our way out of the parking lot and they were super cold and tasted old. We get to our destination to find the only napkinthey gave us was put on top of the only fry they gave us. That's right. Only one order of fries. I'm glad we're just drivingthrough. We will never stop here again.
