The Derby Steakhouse - Butte

I travel five times a year to Butte. The only place I eat is here in Derby! First, the staff and the owners are great, not amazing people. Very friendly and service in second place. Food is the best!! We had almost everything on the menu and never had a bad meal. We had this trip four days in a row to lunch and dinner and we tried the soup with meals. Amazing soups, had chicken noodles one day, French onion the next, chicken and dumplings the next and all homemade and amazing!! I'm going to tell everyone I can do about this place because it's really a must-see place to eat. I traveled the western USA with my job and found the Derby to be my favorite restaurant of all the places I go. Try this place when you get to Butte, Mt.

Last night for dinner stopped and was not disappointed! We always eat here when we go through Butte. The crabs are brilliant and the ribbed eye with baked potato? Very delicious! Amber was our charming waitress, she listened to our wishes and helped make our culinary experience even better!

Ends here yesterday evening because the reception lady at Holiday Inn Express recommended it. Definitely good food, the bread was amazing, the steak was even better. It was a little undercooked, but so good I didn't want to take part long enough to send it back. Amber was my server and she made a good experience great.

I bring people from the Folk Festival every year. The steaks are great, the drinks are big and the place has been there for years. Perfect old time steak and hack house. Oh, and a casino next door.

Ordered a some what large to go order tonight. Everything was excellent. Love the wide selection of the kids menu!
