Contribuisci feedbackHello, I know this hotel is very good. I was also one of the young interns from 02-04 at this hotel. The instructors and instructors understand very well what you do. I was Azubi the last group before my teacher retired. I am very grateful to her for the great time. And of the many today. I can only thank you very much. And one more sentence: Enjoy your retirement healthy.
Veggie options: 1 veggie option! (therefore only "average" by UK standards)This is not your ordinary restaurant. This is actually a 'learning restaurant' for students of the nearby trainee college for various professions. If you come here with this mindset, it will help you a lot. There is a fairly limited menu, as they are clearly learning how to do particular dishes, but there are always a couple of daily specials (meat or fish plus 1 vegetarian main), and some other 'everyday' (meaty) mains too, as well as starters and desserts. The range for vegetarians is pretty limited, though - really only one option per day. On the day we went the only veggie option was white asparagus (the typical way most Germans know their asparagus, and prepare and eat it); the portions were good, if not to say huge, as there were at least 5-6 pieces of asparagus, with boiled potatoes, and a bit of salad garnish. The soup and dessert were included in the specials menu, and they were fine; the fact they are included makes it extremely good value. If you choose not to have the specials menu, though, it is more expensive - more comparable to a 'normal' restaurant. The waiting personnel are "in training", but some are extremely attentive, and good - others are really still learning. But fear not: there is always at least one experienced adult around, as well as the chef being a man of experience. If I were to go again, I would find out in advance what the veggie option was, as I really don't like white asparagus. If you are more of an omnivore, this won't bother you, and you shouldhave enough to choose from. You will not be surprised that this place is often full, with such low prices, and booking a table might be necessary. Finally: as this place's opening hours relate to the trainee's school year, you might want to check out that they are open when you hope to go there. Definitely an experience!
Operation very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious
