It was a few years since I was able to return, so I was quite relieved to find the new location. And I appreciate the more intimate environment. A great opportunity to chat with the owner, denise, and reflect on the history of the place. Each review of their pizza must begin with the whole base, which is such a unique experience, and a pleasant change from the typical 'Gemüse' of almost any other pizza encounter. There is a light pitch of the base, with a more complex taste that carries every mouth. The other appeal for me are the great vegan options on offer. The photo I've got is a 1/2 season 's 1/2 Mullumbimby Madness. I loved the plentiful portion of perfectly melting vegan cheese.
I didn't try pizza pasta somewhere in Byron and I'm never gonna. This is the place to go to Byron for pizza and pasta. No booking, simply migrated, Denise and her wonderful staff matched me. Beer is perfectly cooled, food fresh and full flavor, pizza is thin with a variety of flavors. The service is not super fast that works in your favor, so you eat slowly and no hurry to get you out. Great, cozy, relaxed atmosphere. Try a must in Byron. Fantastic start to the year. Denise and team keep up the great work. 1/1/21 Romeo
Customer service here was excellent! So friendly and welcoming. The pizza was one of the best I had in a while! The base was perfectly cooked. Again at my next visit.
Hey people, these pizzas are great, you can choose between different exotic but important delicious types of pizza in different sizes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you get the feeling of a familiar operation.
Good memories of this place as a kid. The old location in main when they'd ring the bell and it was narrow. But it's still a great pizza place. That Earth and Sea standard taste. I usually ordered capricciosa or supreme. The smell is always so nice too with the pizzas.
