I intentionally tried the bulalo here in search of the best bulalo in the city. The price is very affordable, good for sharing with friends, and the taste is worth it. The drinks and appetizers are also reasonably priced compared to other overpriced options in the city. It's a bit of a distance from the highway (about 15-20 pesos by Jollibee Circumferential), but worth the trip.
