Contribuisci feedbackThe last UK review to this restaurant seems almost exactly a year ago and I could have written an identical report a year later after visiting our family last Tuesday in the august. the main problem is that the workers who seem to be inexperienced and without any form of training, and we waited until our meals are finished, that we have gone without the sweet curs and a completely unrelated bill! the lack of service spoils what could be a good restaurant, so that the management really needs to shape and properly train his employees.
Here dinates an evening during a four-day stay in the adjacent hotel. the food was well presented, delicious and from a decent standard, but something was missing! it might have been missing other dinners, or the feeling they can be in some. restaurants that the staff so uninterested in their work places, and by ordering another course they stop them from home early! great view of the rennn class and a fabulous balcony for warm evenings. the decorations are fade,' will soon need a facelift. to the manager, they train their staff to smile and more attention. get them to ask if customers enjoy their meal or want them another drink or whatever. get this place on the curs' and it could be full every night!

The main problem is with the serving staff who seem to be inexperienced and without any form of training and we waited so long for our set meals to be completed that we left without the sweet course and a completely incoherrent bill ! The lack of service spoils what could be a fine restaurant so the management really does need to shape up and properly train its staff.
Dined here one evening during a four night stay at the adjoining hotel. The food was well presented, tasty and of a decent standard, but something was missing! It may have been the lack of other dinners, or that feeling you can have in some restaurants that the staff are so uninterested in their jobs, and by ordering another course you are stopping them from going home early!Great view of the race course and a fabulous balcony for warm evenings. Decorations are 'fading', will need a facelift soon.To the manager,- train your staff to smile and be more attentive. Get them to ask if customers are enjoying their meal or would they like another drink or whatever. Get this place 'on course' and it could be full every night!
