I.s.p. Fish Market - Cairns

We kicked off our Christmas seafood celebration yesterday with tiger prawns and octopus, which we paired with their amazing crustacean dipping sauce. I regret not purchasing more; it was fantastic! We're planning to return today to finish our seafood feast for Christmas. I highly recommend I.S.P for all your seafood needs!

I had a bit of a mix-up with my first order, but the shop handled it without any issues. I can't wait to enjoy some crumbled mackerel!

Not only was the service bad, but went in, asked for thunfisch steaks, came home and opened up to it. was not even cut properly, nor hanging on the skin and found some scaling. very bad effort.

We went to try the new Friday sales at Trinity Beach park. We love our fish, always fresh not frozen, and are VERY discerning. ISP didn't disappoint, the man was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. We chose cooked mixed prawns, lovely, but the real winner was the wild caught barrra fillets! We generally batter and fry in small bite size portions. I have never had barra so mouth wateringly moist and flavoursome, even in a restaurant cooked in a variety of ways. This was sublime! We'll definitely be going back each Friday to try more of the ISP products, thanks guys
