Thank you! we will definitely come back.
We return to this restaurant for two reasons: the fresh food and the exceptional service. They make us feel at home and very relaxed during our visits. We love supporting this family-owned restaurant and appreciate the kindness and generosity they show towards us, including my son. Thank you.
Great family dinner! efficient service and very pleasant owner who takes the time to see them at the table while eating. just a little loud.
My man and I had the absolute pleasure to experience the amazing gast friendship of jason in riki Japanese grill in cairns. not only is he an incredible host, but the quality of the BBQ delicacies that presents us to enjoy our dinner was nothing short...of exquisite. the wagyu from japan is just to die and melts in the mouth. marinated crocodile, which is exotic as it is delicious. then there is the yukke, which is so fresh and expertly prepared. too many sorts of miraculous meats and marinades for me to contain, but safely costed and more than satisfied. the wood charcoal hibachi grill in the middle of her table makes it so exciting and cooks to perfection as they love it. if they are in cairns, and they love bbq meat, then they cannot look over this hidden shade of a restaurant. I guarantee they are very impressed.
My family was craving Japanese cuisine, so we opted for Japanese BBQ. The restaurant is situated on the second floor of a plaza. The interior decor of the restaurant appeared a bit shabby, including the restroom facilities. The food was decent; we ordered Wagyu beef and chicken for the BBQ, as well as tempura soba, agedashi tofu, and takoyaki on the side. It wasn't clear if the restaurant was owned by a Japanese individual as the food didn't taste very authentic.
