Granita Cairo

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the lovely atmosphere, with plants scattered throughout the space and relaxing background music. Despite a brief power outage issue that affected the country, my food arrived promptly within 10-15 minutes. However, the drink I ordered took longer, about 45 minutes to arrive. I ordered the vegan dish "Rosemary Cashew Fereek", which consisted of Grits with carrot, raisins, and chickpeas. There was at least one more vegan option on the menu as well.

This café is quite busy and can be challenging to locate as the signage is poor and it is inside the church complex. Follow the map to find the entrance and consider asking someone for directions. They offer several vegan options and a delicious almond milk latte.
