Edo Japan - Shawnessy - Calgary

I really enjoy going to Edo. With time, the manager has to meet me and always greets me with a friendly hello and smile. He always thanked me for coming to his restaurant. The value of food is excellent; I...love that they cook it fresh before you and it's always perfect. Big job!

We thought in 15 minutes before closing for a post-film menu. Pleasantly surprised to find the whole sushi in the cooler half price, and the staff was more than ready to prepare our hot food, even if it was so close... close. The food was excellent and we really appreciate the staff that we don't feel rushed, even though we were in the last time. Would come back!

Fast service. Good food. New furnishings, modern in style. Good menu options. Nice overhead.

Service is good. Although it is a purchase and take from the opposite of the place, the counter staff will often bring your food to your table. Food is always freshly prepared and is excellent. We've been here for years and the food is always good. Recently renovated the premises. Not excessively enthusiastic on the new design, but is still very functional and mostly working. The best in this place is the food, and the least would be the acoustics, it can somehow be loud with the way it designed/decorated.

I have always had a great experience at Edo's. Although I only go a few times a year, it is much better than a burger joint. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious! I enjoy using the chopsticks. The service is always quick and friendly.
