18 minute wait for a coffee is a bit too much. Good spot if you're at the drive thru window at 458am.
The staff at this restaurant were all perfectly pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the slow service. I had to wait 25 minutes for an iced coffee, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. It seemed like the staff may have lost my order and kept saying it was coming up next when it clearly wasn't. The Starbucks was extremely busy, but the wait was unacceptable. It appeared that priority was given to the drive-thru customers. They need to improve their system or inform customers in advance about the long wait times for drinks.
I have visited this restaurant twice in the morning, and both times they were not prepared to serve any drinks. Today was the worst experience when they were unable to make me a latte. Instead, they only offered me a regular coffee for $2.39. I had ordered a latte with extra shots through the app for $6.45.
Never impressed with this location. There’s always something that Is incorrect about my order and it’s always packed and slow service. This time my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was practically all cream. Hit a Starbucks that’s more inner city before your trip to the
