Il Radicchio - Calumet-Norvelt

They served the worst chicken parmesan that I've ever had. Basically, they grilled a piece of chicken, put cheese on top, and then broiled it. Not to mention that it was WAY overcooked and so tough that I practically needed a steak knife to cut it. Everyone knows that you bread, preferably with parmesan cheese, the chicken and then pan fry it. At $16, it should be much better. Bleh – Still debating on whether to try them again. One thing is for certain though; I won’t be ordering the chicken parm again.
