La Molienda In Wash - Calumet-Norvelt

The waitstaff is very nice. The atmosphere was awkwardly quiet. No music. Vagrants coming in off the street. Pupusas were good. I don’t recommend the seafood soup. Seafood isn’t fresh and it all tasted very fishy, in a bad way. The fajitas don’t have much flavor and only come with 3 small tortillas. Maybe if you know what to order it’s better.

And lived in dc for 19 years and those years and arrived at the grinding , was the worst experience in these years thanks to the sweeping if that is called bartender I will not say more for respect or mention names but that a waitress that only save to open servezas tell someone with 15 years in experience coctelera and mixologist that I do not know and that I am ingnorant hahhahas sorry

The food is delicious love their pupusas, Revueltas

Service was a little bit questionable when I came in. That could be due to fact that I don’t speak Spanish but the food was exceptional.

These pupusas are the closest I’ve had to my mom’s. Also recommend the Fried Ripe Plantain Patties (Empanadas de Platano)!
