Tim Hortons - Cambridge

I cannot recommend Tim Hortons to anyone, and I now understand why this location has so many negative reviews on Google. It was truly a dreadful experience!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the city. After 8 PM, there are no pastries or baked goods available whatsoever. It's supposed to be a 24-hour coffee shop, but all they have to offer after 8 PM is coffee. Well done...

Hello, if you're experiencing staff shortages, I recommend hiring additional employees. On June 14th at 9:00 PM, I noticed that the front door was closed, but Google showed that you were still open due to staffing issues. Many people walk to your restaurant, and not everyone has access to a car.

I was disappointed with this location. There was only one car in the drive-thru, yet it took the staff seven minutes to take my order in-store. I requested extra sauce and jalapeños in my farmers wrap, but only one wrap actually had sauce on it. The jalapeños cost $1.00 for two wraps, but I only received three pieces in each! I can buy a full jar for $3. Normally, any Tim Hortons I visit gives me at least double that amount without charging me. From now on, I’ll be sticking with the location on Townline.

I was let down by the service at the drive-thru. I ordered a 10-pack of assorted Timbits and made it clear to the lady multiple times that I didn’t want any honey dip or birthday Timbits, but she just didn’t listen. I won’t be returning to this location.
