Contribuisci feedbackFood is always great here, huge portions and tastes good, also the lobby is nice! However It’s pretty expensive and these 2 sandwiches with 1 fountain drink was $34 with tip. You’d think the nice customer service would come with that. Usually it takes forever but i’ve worked in the food industry in a job just like this for years, so I understand (however I’m polite to people and know how to work in a fast paced environment) however I just had an unfortunate experience with the red headed young woman making the sandwiches. I just now spoke to her on December 4th, and I don’t mean to be rude when I say any of this but i’m not sure if the girl was just having a rough day but taking your anger out on your co-workers and your customers is no way to do your job. I waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches (my boyfriend was also late for work) in which it took 40 minutes to make the first sandwich? or she left it on the counter and didn’t call my order. After asking about the other sandwich she proceeded to have a very bad attitude towards me and my boyfriend and I, she shook her head multiple times, frilled her brows, pointed at her coworker, myself and my boyfriend. and shoved the food in my hand at the end of getting my second sandwich with her saying nothing. I advise the manager of this Beach Hut Deli to please just review the cameras, and possibly have a conversation to her about being nice and respectful even when being corrected about something that was wrong about an order. Her reaction alone to being told there was 2 sandwiches was very disappointing and troubling seeing her get so riled up just by not seeing another sandwich on the screen.
Amazing sandwiches at a decent price and a pretty chill atmosphere .
Nice restaurant on the bay. Service was very good. My food was yummy. Prices were a bit high but all in all we enjoyed our dinner.
I want to like this place but their lack or organization and extremely slow service make it very difficult to frequent this restaurant. I’ve been over a dozen times over the last few years and always loved the food. Recently between lost online orders (twice) and over 30 minute delays past the pickup time (twice), I’m considering this place only fit for in person eating. Their lack or organization leads to a decidedly lackluster online/takeout experience.
This place is very hit and miss with food and service. If you go on a good day its worth your time and money but good luck figuring that
