Got the Chile relleno burrito and it was divine. The beans are outstanding here. Great value and terrific friendly service. Sorry, no pics. I wolfed it too fast ???

Great food, but I’d caution against ordering online. I used the “Order” button on Google for a breakfast burrito. I paid online and when I got to the store I was asked to pay again. I said I had already paid, but they insisted I hadn’t. After running my card the man at the register asked another employee who confirmed that I had in fact already paid online. He then gave me cash back for the transaction so at least the mistake was corrected before I left the store, but it was still an inconvenience and frustrating that I wasn’t trusted when I said I’d already paid. This makes me suspect that they don’t have a good process in place for accepting online orders.

I just got off the phone with Emily the manager because my order was not done properly and she was very rude, very condescending. I even gave them a tip before I left and to be treated this way is unacceptable. Instead of being apologetic that they mest up I get nothing but arrogance. What a nasty person. Will never go back again! Which I 'm sure she doesn 't care. Her customer service needs so much work!
