El Mercado - Cancún

We had two breakfasts and one lunch here and we were very impressed by the selection, quality and they adapt them made to limit covid. the old style buffet displays have now got big glass partitions and personal what they choose or... prepare it fresh. they have some very clever takes items like eggs benedict with avocado for example or even fresh savory crepes. Vast selection to also cover the most picky food and again seamless and smiling service

Some buffets are meh but this place is wonderful. the variety and quality of food choices is so wonderful. the service is fantastic. the drinks are amazing. we loved her virgin mango margarita! fantastic! breakfast, lunch and dinner all belong so many possibilities and everything. They can ohr! yum sign me every day!

Love the variety at this buffet. Also, usually they offer a couple of themed nights for dinner. If you can't find something to your liking at El Mercado, you are too hard to plese.

The food at the buffet was always surprisingly good, and very attentive service! I think they had the sweetest and tastiest desserts at the resort.

It was Mayan night very curious we asked our lovely waiter Wilfredo about the history of the Mayans and he brought us back in time. It was interesting to hear from a Mayan descent himself. He also offered a special Mayan coffee that Alonzo skillfully made for us. With the drumbeats of ancient maya and mixing the concoction it was like a ceremony.
