La Gondola - Cancún

Javier was a great waiter. He made sure we had a good experience. He also was very nice and made sure we had the food we wanted. Unlike other waiters he stayed near the table so we could get drinks and other foods.

We loved La Gondola at Moon Palace. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic and the setting is wonderful. I especially liked the surroundings of the restaurant with it's stained glass ceilings. It reminds me of a restaurant in Vegas. High quality overall. The staff is incredible and just so pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed La Gondola and would say it was our favorite at Moon Palace.

Whilst staying at the Sunrise Moon Palace, we thought that we would have breakfast at the La Gondola. From being shown to our table until we left, we just felt that we were being pampered. Everyone was so friendly. The decor was elegant. Just felt that we were under dressed this was for breakfast!! The dishes were well laid out every think looked so appealing. We did not know where to start. We did spend a lot of time just trying to decide what to eat. There was not as much variety as in the Bugambilias but, the quality made up for thsi. Really enjoyed our breakfast. Well don to all.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal and overall experience tonight at La Gondola. The food was excellent, and the wine coupling was great too. The highlight was the wonderful service from Juan Carlos Serna who was our outstanding waiter for the evening- the best waiter we have had so far at moon palace which takes some beating at this resort where the standard is so high. He could not have made us feel more welcome, and could do not enough for us..he even cooked our deserts for us at our table! Thanks Juan for your exceptional care and a memorable evening.
