Starbucks - Canmore

Starbucks fall drinks are fabulous!! Best ending to our day!

Service: It took forever for a simple Chai Tea Latte (no changes or extras) to come up, and the place wasn't even busy. The person I was with had finished their coffee by the time mine arrived, and had to rush off, leaving me on my own. We both had food and a beverage. My food was nearly done before the drink arrived. The accents of the staff were so thick that it was hard to figure out which names were being called. I wasn't the only one having trouble with this. I will hand it to them that the food was piping hot.Atmosphere: it's a nice little spot, but they should be more attentive to cleaning tables. There wasn't one that wasn't sticky.

Had a very bad experience, service was very unsatisfactory. Lady behind the cash counter was very rude and unprofessional. She needs harsh customer service training to keep up with Starbucks standard.

Staff are so fantastic! Great service and great drinks!

Needs more seating. Very busy. Ordering ahead is a better option.
