We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We decided to check it out today as we were looking for a place to gather with our family after scattering our mom's ashes at the nearby crematorium. Our son, who has Downs Syndrome, would have felt right at home here since the restaurant supports adults with learning disabilities. It was a peaceful and welcoming environment, and they even allowed dogs. The food was reasonably priced and delicious - we will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work!
Popped in. Enjoyed an amble round the garden centre, very reasonably priced, then had lunch. Soup, jacket potatoes, panini, all with fresh salad. Lovely service. Too full for cake but looked a great selection. Really enjoyed our visit, what a special place.
Great place, lovely concept, interesting shop and splendid tables to have tea and cakes at. Worth visiting.
I am very disappointed to have heard really good things about this place. My friend and I went on Saturday morning for a hot breakfast. The breakfast came out quite quickly, but it was not really what we expected. The sausage was very small (2 inches) and the tomato was not cooked at all. The toast wasn't even toasted, it was plain bread. We ordered a tea and a latte. The latte was barely warm. It really wasn't worth the money, but I felt it was for a good cause (charity), so I didn't mind paying the 8.50 for breakfast. I wouldn't go back.
