Buffalo Wild Wings - Cape Girardeau

The atmosphere was very loud, could not talk without yelling across the table. The wings were over cooked and definitely not enough sauce on them. The sauce was drizzled on. But our waitress was very attentive and pleasant.Food: 2/5

My Wife and I decided to eat here after shopping. Our server Colton gave us the best service today! Very friendly young man! He didn't skip a beat, our food was perfect! We had the Mango Habanero wings and my Wife had street tacos, we decided on Strawberry Margaritas! Everything was great we will be back!Food: 5/5

Wings weren't even hot. Barely any sauce on them. And some were very crunchy hard to eat. Placed order online and it was ready when they said it would be. They were very busy today also.Food: 3/5

Went in for lunch over the weekend. Waited 47 min for our food and finally asked the waitress about our food. She said one of the meals was done so they’re just waiting on the other. Waited another 10 min and asked another server and he proceeded to tell us two of their cooks just walked out so he has no idea how long it will take to get our food. I asked for the check for our drinks so we could leave and wasn’t even offered a discount or anything for our wait. Won’t be going back!

I stopped in to this location in route to another destination. It is so disappointing to have missing items from my order once I did reach my destination. I tipped the young lady for good customer service, but was it really good service ? No. Contacting the manager is fine he offers to make it right by providing my missing food on my next trip or returning to the store to pick up my food. Neither option presented was a viable option. To go staff should be more thorough with checking orders given the type of customers that they service.Update Buffalo Wings did write a response to my post, but later deleted it.I stopped by the restaurant on my return trip and had a pleasant conversation with the manager, but that added 20-30 minutes to my trip and Un needed stress. I did not want free food or drinks. I want them to understand what happened so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. I then purchased dinner from someone where else.Parking: Large lot with plenty of open spaces to park.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or raised pavement.
