Contribuisci feedbackI do DoorDash. I waited 40 minutes for an order that they never gave me because they made it and handed it to the wrong person and REFUSED to remake it. Customer service should have a zero star option. Doordash ended up canceling the order and the customer just never got their food.
Found a piece of raw chicken in my food. When we got to take our orders there was a new trainee taking it for us which took a while and was complicated due to the fact that his English wasn’t too well. We sat down to eat our food and I realized 2 of my nuggets were completely RAW. I went in, showed them, and I eventually got a new box of nuggets but I have been coming to this Chickfila for a while and this time the whole staff looks replaced, Im not sure if it’s the time I came, but the staff change definitely reflects the food.
What a really well run Location. I came in as they were serving at least a bus load of students and it was amazing to see the fast and personalized care the staff gave these kids. The students were well behaved and supervised but it was a joy to see them also rapidly served with respect and attention to each one. My delay both in line and to be served was shockingly brief. KUDOS TO THIS LOCATIONS STAFF AND MANAGER'SDietary restrictions: The grilled chicken meal was a great choice as lower calorie etc...
Horrible. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. The girl taking orders at the drive thru in the lane closest to the store on 4/5 at 8:15 pm makes me never want to visit this establishment again. After I got to the booth to pay, it was determined that she input my entire order incorrectly. I got to the window to retrieve my order, and I asked for the girl's name. I didn't see her name tag when I placed my order because she was literally standing at my passagener door taking my order (run the tape back chick fil a). Anyways, Sandy, the assistant manager, came to the window and said she was not allowed to give me the girl's name but insisted I take down her name. To be an assistant manager, her attitude is stank and customer service skills are subpar.The last time I visited this location on 2/13, I also had a horrible experience. My food tasted disgusting, like it was stale. I'll definitely be contacting corporate about these issues and spending my money elsewhere.
I went inside to eat in however eat in is not a compatible option at this particular chik-fil-A. They have tables and chairs however no trays and their staff take up a quarter of the eating space. You must get your food as you are using carry out got out the door and come back in to get a seat.
