Cafe La Terraza - Caraz

Had lunch here and it was excellent. Set menu was 3 courses (starter, soup and a selection of main) and included a drink... all for only 8 soles each! Food quality was very good and service was fast and friendly. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Caraz.

Connected to the Grand Hotel Caraz Dulzura. We went a few times last weekend, for dinner, and was all good food. Quiet place, decent prices, friendly waiter. At one point we ordered more than we could pay at the moment, but as we were in the connected hotel, they added the fees to our room!

For the past couple of years I have spent perhaps 20 days in Caraz and have eaten about 80% of my meals at La Terraza. They have great lunch specials at under 10 soles (3 dollars US) and a good cup of espresso as well. My favorite breakfast is the frutas especial that is a huge goblet of mixed fresh fruit, a sprinkling of granola, and honey on top. Fabulous!

Some reasonable priced breakfast options (10 soles) and reasonable coffee. Waiter was very friendly. Lacked fruit, yoghurt cereal, etc.

Si estás apurado no vengan a este restaurante porque atienden pedido por pedido. La atención promedio a la carta es de 20 a 30 minutos. Poca amabilidad del personal. Una lastima!!!!
