Le Saigon Bakery - Carindale

I discovered this bakery yesterday the old seven. I wanted to explore it this morning. the location is very good, as bus stops are at the doorstep. migrated and was greeted by the young owners. my sight was first attracted by the sign of huh and creamy cake. wow, I've never had such a cake, so there was a small flat white. had a place on the only table. the first bite of the bake deserves my appreciation, then the big pieces of the chicken breast and the well balanced taste of the creamy sauce from the moon. besides the strong coffee this brakky deserves my thumb-up. This small bakery, which has flew away on the lively old cleveland road, had a change of own. the owners are young and have brought a new menu. there was a table to sit. good selection of drinks. they still have traditional baked goods like bread, cake, rolls. but I'm here to try her banh mi, it looks like they're already prefabricated, but there's gonna be one. there weren't many left, so much a good sign. there were also rice paper rolls. I asked for toasted and chili, within a minute it was ready to eat. the brot was soft and outside was beautifully roasted, well balanced. it was good. will be back to try some other items.

The bakery is located beside the Camp hill bus stop. Almost every morning i enjoy a tart or a pie or a roll with a cup of coffee in the bakery before taking a bus to UQ. The first impressive piece for me in Le Saigon Bakery was the BBQ Pork Bun which was really amazing that I can taste meat on every single bite!! I loved this bakery since then. Till now i've tried a range of different stuffs of Le Saigon Bakery and every one of them has hit me with the taste, i do mean every one. For those who would be attracted by my review and attend Le Saigon Bakery for the first time, i recommend you the Apple turnover, BBQ pork bun or Cheese bacon and onion roll if you are up to a proper breakfast, through which you will taste the enthusiasm of a good baker.
