Weddings are stressful enough, no need to add more to your plate. I booked a wedding in Briand Castle in 2020. In a show of good faith I paid half the wedding before 10k. The deposit was only 1k. COVID hit and I decided to cancel the wedding. I thought it was a battle to get back the thousand dollars bail, but it turns out they want to keep the entire 10k! Now they don't even answer the phone. I called every number online and the most I get is a secretary asking if I want to leave a message. Unless you have time to find a lawyer and hope that a judge will commit them to doing the right thing, always looking for another place. Let this serve as a warning for all future males. Don't use these people. Spend your money with a venue that respects and appreciates your business.
Beautiful place great for beautiful photos, but the food is a no. I wish catering rooms were connected to large restaurants. The food tastes so nasty.
My husband and I got married at the chateau that passed in June. We can't thank them enough. Everything was amazing. The place is stunning, the food was amazing and the staff was THE BEST. They really go beyond and beyond for you, my husband and I had absolutely nothing to fear, they did everything, took care of everything and ensured that we had the best day at all. From the beginning to the end they made our wedding day amazing, we cannot thank you enough! Thank you for everything!
Chateau briand. What can I say? very disappointed. after the ceremony they refresh themselves, was not set up for the brautparty. bridesmaid and tantigam were separated and no provisions for some places of refreshments and no feeling of management. with the longevity of this device the seats should have been seamless and not confusing. Cocktail hour not made an hour. it was presented without waiting staff running around with rehearsals of food. the dinner should begin at 8 o'clock. I was at table #1 of the family table and we were not served up to 10:20 clock. no space cards on the table. free for all. I didn't even get a serviette to put on my lap that this was overcrowded. lots of money to treat people of color like vieh unpaid. grateful that I will not marry any more children.
Planned a wedding there is past weekend. From the moment I walked in I knew everything was going to be ok, from the operations manager, Angel to the Maitre'd, Mario to both bridal attendants, Vanessa and Glenda, the staff was excellent. Food delicious and my Client received everything that was promised to them. My only complaint is that there are several events going on at the same time, therefore you are sharing the venue with other guests. It was handled with ease, but some couples don't like the idea of sharing their wedding venue. I think it was a great venue for your wedding. Five stars and then some!!!!
