I am 5’2 and she is 5’ almost 8 inches it was not a simple transfer. we went in and the person behind the writing ask how are they might be a better question tonight, how can we feel them better or how can we help them she was not rude, but she was not friendly either. my friend waited in an icey cold room (I took a towel from my car, but none offered her a blanket... at each point she was helped by a great nurse (she said that the doctor and the nurses were excellent) back to the car. when they gave my friends a crack, no one explained how to use them. I've often been hurt, I gave her some lections. she would have liked several times if I wasn't behind her and she stopped. we spoke this morning and she told me that the ortho-referral (also iu) had not called them for a aftercare. she just writes to me that the recommendation for a spinal surgeon was not for a foot surgeon. I brought her at 8:45 and it was at 1:30 before she was released. I haven't been in a hospital for many years, but was previously in riverview and Carmel/St. elizabeth seton. the personal cared for, a more tidy came out to transfer me to a wheelchair for safety and comfort, I was quickly checked and not remember that it was more than 2-3 hours.
Check their bills before they pay! They accused me. After spending almost one and a half hours on the phone, they admitted that the fee was made in error and still refused to return the money. their process did not allow to repay my money. they need to check the situation and gave no time when my money would be returned. the adviser of patient care has not tried to do the thing right or nothing at all. I'm not sure how she has a job to be honest. I will definitely avoid them.
The diagnostic department of the woman is a joke. No one in this department deserves to be busy. my fiancée had a date and confirmed. we show up and throw their hand in the air and say: "their appointment was canceled and we don't know why. our systems make this just random and it is a well-known problem.” then they waste 40 minutes trying to plan them by phone if they had done it through their systems. all the time that they decide on the usability. the level of education to work in this department is low astronomical. if they are a 3rd grader, lucky! they have a job here.
I changed from another health system after my doctor to rest at iu health, and the difference was really night and day. the workers in this facility are so friendly and warm, not rushed to complete my paperwork (I go anyway fast, but they didn't feel that I had to be in a hurry) and dr. ramaswamy above all has gone and beyond me. very happy with my experience here overall.
Clean facilities and friendly staff. We went to see Dr Steiner and he was extremely reassuring and helpful! He went to great lengths to explain everything that was going on with my baby. I felt very confident with his care.
