This place was horrible, mould on the walls, filthy beds and rooms, bugs on you in the bed, cockroaches all through the room, filthy showers with hair from previous stays on the floor, ended up with ring worm from the disgusting beds, if I ever stay here again will have to wear a full one pierce latex suit Rooms: 1 Service: 5 Location: 3

The staff was very nice and friendly unfortunately the room wasn’t good at all. The equipment was old and it seemed like the housekeeping hadn’t been done, quite funny because they charge $30 if you leave your dirty dishes but there isn’t even sponges or tea towel, catering was dirty, the sink was blocked and not cleaned (pictures were taken just after we got the keys). We mentioned to the reception that the bedroom was dirty and ask for discount but didn’t get one as we paid $170 for one night and 2 adults. I guess some of the rooms are nice when I saw the google pictures, maybe I was unlucky to get an old one.. REVIEW UPDATED The reception just called me very rude and nearly insulting me, I’ve been told « don’t ever come back » and also that I am a liar because I said I pay $170 instead of $150, sorry my mistake it is right I paid 150 for 1 night for two adult (I get confused with another motel in the same town). But in any case price shouldn’t justify the quality of cleaning. As I said I do not want blame or hurt anyone I just sharing a feedback. In addition I add pictures to illustrate what I’m reporting, picture never lies. Of course feel free to judge by yourself and do your own opinion. But this is showing how the management is dealing with unhappy customer

This establishment has been around for over 30 years, and although still well run, some of the decor could do with a refresh. Still value for money and would stay again and recommend to others. Food drinks: Meals were more than you could eat, and nutritious. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

We were travelling from central Queensland to Karratha WA, and by far this was the worst accommodation that we have, carpet was like the one of a pub, there was ants on the beds and the smell of the room was disgusting, there was a bugga on the sofa. The pool look like a scary movie one, the worst experience in the hole entire trip Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 2

Room is very clean, nice service , good price for stay but pool is small and not open when we here. Other then that,Food is very very very good here!!! We have fish n chips and was one of the best I ever had Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
