El Alambique Beach Front Grill

Great food open for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Breakfast was great. Had the waffle topped with bananas foster. Ate dinner there 3 times. All were excellent. Ask for Jose the waiter.

Our server at the restaurant at El San Juan told us about this place so we ate here this morning and I gotta say, this is one of the dankest breakfast spots I 've ever been to. Huge portions, incredibly flavorful, beautiful location not to mention CHEAP, especially compared to the price gouging we put up with at the hotel. Worth the walk. Worth the trip to PR altogether. Considering diverting the last day of our trip to come back. This is Breakfast with a capital 'B '. A benedict of the size that I voraciously consumed would have cost me $16 at home. I don 't do FB reviews but I made an exception for the top breakfast in the western hemisphere. This was a religious experience. My human form died and rose to a superior Breakfast plane. I am whole.

Amazing food at a dive beach bar. 5 Star- even the rice was special. I will never come to San Juan without eating here... more than once.

Cold beer! The wings and fries off the temporary menu...were excellent. thank you thank you thank you for just being open and providing a 'bastion of normalcy ' for myself and the volunteer relief workers with me... the view and the breeze were a real treat, along with the smiling faces and courteous service of the staff. We will be back. :

What a great place. Open air beach bar/restaurant, very good food (churrasco, mofongo, salmon), the staff took good care of us.
