Osaka Japanese Seafood - Carrollton

Ordered a Togo order. They have my order stored under my number. The young lady on the phone rattled my order off just like I order every time. Go pick up order get all the way back home and nothing on my order was right. I got filet clearly was not filet it was regulars steak. The taste was awful. The rice was full of veggies when I ordered without. Called and they wanted me to drive all the way back down there from Bremen to prove my order was messed up. The proceeded to say just pick out the vegetables and I’ll give you free fries rice next order. Needless to say I won’t need the free fried rice. I will not be back.

The entire place needs to be updated. Everything just looks old and not very appealing.

Probably one of the worst meals that we have had. The peas and carrots were not done in the rice, the meat was not cooked all of the way, and their sauce was watered down. All 4 in our party was very disappointed.

This place is by far the worst experience ive had at a hibachi restaurant. First of all our waitress (idk her name she just said she was the lead server) was extremely rude and just dumb. Dumb isnt an insult here either she had no idea what was going on kept on talkin to us like we were stupid and question every request we made. She made the experience terrible. Also she was telling my mom about hot the check which was messed up was bot her fault but her managers then went on and on about how mangers just always seem to mess things up and get in the way (btw my mom is in upper management). She was not happy. I ordered steak and salmon the steak and everything was delicious 10/10 would recommend but the salmon was so over cooked it was inedible. Lastly the chef never even said a single word to us the whole time I go to hibachi for the show as well zero show once so ever. Definitely would not recommend this the whole atmosphere was just off please do not come here.
