Cornucopia - Cashiers

We had lunch in Cornucopia for the first time on Tuesday, 12 Oct 2021. The restaurant was short as most restaurants and other companies are ordered so that we took a number and sat at a table. No problem. (You must order everything, including your dessert! We sat at a table on the outside deck overlooking a small brook. We loved the interior, high bright wooden ceilings and perfect lighting in Cornucopia. It was really nice and relaxing! The interior was airy with large windows, open air eating! It was just beautiful. There are many tables to sit. Very cozy. Large bar area! There were 4-5 outdoor tables on a side deck. You also have a Pet Friendly Kieshof with 4 tables. All outdoor tables had parasols to provide shade. Your menu offers a wide range of food and drinks. Very cheap. Your food was excellent! We ordered their Shaved Ribeye Huagies with melted cheese, onions and peppers. The razed ribeyes were a nice med rare, extremely delicate and very tastefully cooked. The Hoagie rollers were very fresh, soft with the right chewing. The ratio of reels and shaved ribeye was perfect! Not too much, not too little, it was just right. It came with a side order of French french fries that were fried for perfection. Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy inside. Not oily, not over boiled, they were fried right now. Oh, make sure to order Dessert! We shared a chocolate butter milk cake that was delicious from this world! The cake crust was also amazing. My **** Mary was extraordinary! Bright, peppery, tomato flavor with lemon and lime wedges, and a pickled Okra, olive and Sellerieskewer. Mmmm! Being a short staff and ordering from the bar before sitting was not too bad. It worked well. The lines of customers have always been long, the restaurant makes the best that it can and treats the masses very well. Just be patient and friendly. They are rewarded with excellent food, great drinks in a beautiful atmosphere with very friendly, welcoming staff. We were not rushed at all and enjoyed our lunch We live a little over an hour away, we visit Cashiers and Highland at least 2-3 times a year. We will definitely return to Cornucopia. It is now on our list to be one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We were very impressed! Be ready to be amazed! We did it! We recommend Cornucopia! Thanks Cornucopia for everything you do! This place is delicious! We ate too late. The room is truly unique and open to outside. They feature a full bar and an outdoor seating area. We got sandwiches and our waitress sold us on Dessert, which was homemade peach cbbler with a short bread crust and ice cream. Put your hands down what I've ever had!

When we came here for lunch, we noticed how full it was, but we decided to give it anyway. Stood in line for maybe 5 minutes that was beautiful. Great looking restaurant and friendly atmosphere. The waitress was great, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Nice menu with gluten-free options. Everything was served quickly and friendly and tasteful.
