The Ugly Dog Pub-cashiers

The service was slow. it took forever to eat ours and get ours. the pulled boar was moderate and too expensive. a sad experience.

My wife called in an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up, on time, and when I got there I waited to be waited on. Another party came in and they immediately seated them. Then 2 more parties were seated before I was asked Can I help you! Then I was told they were getting it ready so I waited around for another 20 minutes and was told they were boxing it and it would be out shortly. Then 10 minutes later I was told I'm sorry, I can find any record of your order ! So I wasted an hour for an overpriced hamburger and never got anything. The last time I was there I was seated and waited 30 minutes or more and never even got asked for a drink order. Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere! I'd eat possums from a sewage treatment plant before I'll step foot back in this business

This place was a trip. Got there after a 4 hour drive, thirsty, starving???Back of the house employees were amazing.?Dark haired(curly) bartender was very friendly. ?The blonde.. ??‍?‍.. hit different.?At 11pm. Super friendly and attentive staff and great selection of beers for a town this size. Wine list was better than anticipated as well. Only had dessert, which was a homemade ice cream sandwich, and it was delicious.

Great food! Good Service! Good atmosphere! I was impressed with my burger!! It was cooked perfectly!! The bacon and pimento cheese was delish! We definitely will be back!! Love the comfy banquet!! ?
