My family and I tried this place for the first time before a few weeks and ordered a decent pizza over the phone. the server/cashier above.

I ordered online, when dinner had not shown 20mins after the delivery time, I called the location. they told me the driver hadn't showed up and they would call me back. Instead, they gave me my money back and never called. now I'm without dinner after waiting for half an hour. I understand that the delivery was not exactly at the location, but the customer service was. united disappointment

The first time you tried this pizzeria. I have a medium vincenzos pizza (one of their combo pizza). came fresh and delicious. the cook and the cashier were friendly and service was great. will definitely come back when I'm ever in the opposite.
