Cebulasagna - Cebu City

The visitors of Sugbo Mercado should be ashamed of themselves! It was 9:30 pm, the place was packed, and they didn't have change for my 1000 bill. Is it the customer's responsibility to provide change for their business? They even suggested that I add more to my order just so they could have the right change. What a pathetic tactic. The food might be good, but the service and staff are terrible.
