Contribuisci feedbackWe arrived on a Sunday evening at 5:26 and received our two salads at 6:00 PM. They didn't seem busy, but the young man preparing our food was incredibly slow. After waiting for a while, my husband went to inquire about the delay, and the cashier explained that the drive-thru had gotten busy, and he had to assist there. As a result, our salads were left unattended. The cashier then asked someone else to help finish our order. It was so frustrating, Jason's Deli; you should know better.
The drive-thru makes this location a convenient choice when I'm feeling under the weather or craving some deli meat. They do a great job of ensuring the order is accurate when you get it. I recommend trying the New Yorker if you're in the mood for an outrageous amount of meat. Food: 5/5
What a fantastic atmosphere! Despite it being quite cold, I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. The employees were incredible, and even though my food arrived a bit late, they apologized repeatedly, which was so thoughtful. I give it a 5/5!
Just wanted to say we been to must of them, and never ever waited more than 30 min to get served(when there were only 3 more customers) the pasta was dried with no flavor but full of grease. Very very disappointed and more when even the manager was aware of it and not even apologized. I think that's why the last time I was at this location was 3 years ago.
Very incompetent crew working tonight (6/10/23). It took 20 minutes for a bowl of chili to go. When I entered, a party of 3 was in the process of ordering. It was taking a while. I 'm not sure if it was what they were ordering or the girl at the register didn 't know what she was doing. I later found out. I placed the order and waited. One customer ordered after me. During the 20 minutes, I was ask about 5 times what I was waiting for. I 'm the only customer at the register waiting by now. The guy I believed to be the manager asked and I told him. He goes and makes the order and leaves it on the counter in the prep area. About 3 minutes later, one of the prep guys asked what did I order and I told him. I also told him I believed that it was probably the bowl (to go cup) behind him the manager had made. He responds 'probably so ' and walked away. Finally the girl who took my order initially asked what I was waiting for. I repeated and she goes and prepares another to go cup. We I get my order, I said basically that was way too long of a wait. She tells me they lost my ticket! Next time, Panera!
