Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I originally requested a 3 piece wings and a biscuit the person stated we can’t serve you a “3” piece which was fine so it was told to me I can only get a “two” piece no problem so I requested to pay for an extra wing she said we can’t do it that way ?? Well, did not understand mind you I’m in drive thru so I said just stated give me 2 orders of the two wings and a biscuit then someone else came on the microphone and states “we short of wings we can’t sell you two orders of the two piece wing dinner”! Okay, This is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard for a paying customer so when I got to the drive thru to pay I asked for the manager she said we are limiting the amount of wings because we are short !!! Well I pay for my food open my box in my car and guess what? Feathers (large) were still on the wing and you could not miss it! It was fried in the batter with the grease!!! I came back told the manager she did not apologize she was as NASTY to me as if I cooked the chicken.I will never go back to this location because unfortunately it’s sad when we go outside our neighborhoods and don’t get treated like others but when we are amongst our own race and they show no type of managerial skills nor customer service? NOTE WAS ABLE TO ADD PHOTO OF FRIED FEATHER ON WING

So many popeyes have closed down in our area but for good reason poor service and food quality. But the meal i purchased on yesterday from 1845 Centerpoint Pkwy was some of the best food ive eaten from popeyes in years...... The taste of that crunchy buttery fall of the bone meat with a hint of spice reminded me of when i first had popeyes as a teen in the 80's and fell in love with their chicken.....THANKS please keep up the good work

My wife went to get me a wing meal and I had bought this for years a 4 piece wing meal and they said she had to buy two different meals. Well guess what if that’s how you treat good customers I can go somewhere else. When I want something I want it but this was pitiful the wings were old and not very good and I didn’t get what I wanted so. I will buy my Popeyes chicken from another restaurant or Learn How to cook it myself. I will never spend another dollar on this restaurant again.

Bad management! If I can give negative review I will ! Standing there nearly 20 minutes looking at nearly 8 people in there working like sloths for my 6 piece’s original chicken! Cashiers yawning , chefs back there felt tired like they just came out from the gym ! Just awful.

Attempted to place an order using the drive thru, and not one but 2 female workers proceeded to yell at me while I was placing my order and they proceeded to laugh afterwards. I did absolutely nothing to but place an order. Needless to say, I drove off. I will never return to this location again. If the workers don't know how to simply talk to people, there is no telling what they are doing to the food. They restaurant was rebuilt only to hire trash workers. I have never been yelled at while simply placing an order. If your can't find better people to hire and train, just close down. No one wants to be disrespected while giving their money to a place that can't be respectful.
