The staff was very unprofessional - we could hear the bartender, the hostess and the waitress and talk about how they will hate their job and use other places. Our waitress rushed us as soon as we had set ourselves, forgot to place our appetizers and did not react until we faced them. Our drinks were never filled again and the food was very bad quality and came cold! Our bill was over $160 for four of us. Very recommended to go elsewhere!
I and my wife love to eat in this Red Lobster in Chambersburg, PA. The food was always great, but our last visit on 08/22/22 was the worst. Above all, it took forever to get our order. My wife ordered shrimps, flounder, lobster tail. The scampi was rubbery, the lobster was also rubbery, had a terrible smell and taste and was so hard my wife couldn't chew it. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish (cod) smelled as if it was simply pulled out of the ocean (melled really fish) until it was not edible. The frits were cold.. My grandson ordered chicken benches and pommes, The chicken was so dry and over boiled it was in edible and again the pommes were cold. We complained to the manager and the only compensation we received was a piece of chocolate cake. By the way, the bill was over $77.00. The bathrooms were disgusting. Don't waste your hard-earned money in this place. Long John's Silvers (if it was around) is a million times better for your money and much cheaper.
Came for a lunch in the rush. There was a new server called Hailey and she was great. Very polite and I could say she works hard. When I get back, I hope she's my server again. Great experience!
When I arrived at 8:45, there was no one in the lobby to welcome me, so I waited about 3 minutes and then went looking for someone. The waitress I found said they had a reduced shift to this later hour due to lower volumes and apologise. The kindness and service she had provided was excellent and no longer in the lobby. I had the admiral party and it was delicious. I would recommend eating here. Thank you.
The food here is typically on point. The biscuits are well worth it any time you visit Red Lobster! I selected the Mariners Feast. I thought everything was good but wanted the flounder to be great. I mean, that's the headline of the feast. I expected my mouth to explode with spices and flavors. However, the fried flounder was minimally seasoned and was disappointingly bland. The shrimp trio dish was on point. All 3 shrimp specialties were legit. The ONLY bad thing, and I mean REALLY bad thing, was the rice. Yuck! It was literally rock hard and prevented me from giving them a 5 in addition to the bland flounder. Food came out fast.
