I love chicken fried steak and order it quite a bit at various restaurants. Their chicken fried steak is maybe the best I've ever had. I'm gonna go back, just to make sure.

Was a little nervous after sitting, our server was not in a great mood, but improved throughout the meal. Food was delicious, only complaint was that the hashbrowns were pretty salty. Omelet was really plentiful with meat, and the gravy on the chicken fried steak was great! Portions were good, and the atmosphere was more of a place to hang out than just a restaurant. Was a little pricey for just a breakfast out, but if you were going for a hangout, would probably be fun.

Mimosa Flight and Morning Cocktails were great! Food was good, not great, and standard... eggs way overcooked, but they were very busy. Best ever kids activity... WikkiStix... haven't seen them in a decade, was super fun!

This place is the BEST! Super clean and awesome patio that is DOG friendly. Not only that, they have a MENU for the dogs too! The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. The prices are very reasonable for the sizes and quality.

Wow! Just wow! This is an amazing breakfast/lunch spot. The menu has many tasty options. I love the chicken and waffles! They are delicious. The breakfast potatoes are so good. The patio is comfortable, yet sophisticated. It is also very dog friendly. They even have a dog menu so your dog can snack while you eat. The service is fast and oh so friendly. The prices are reasonable and there are always coupons in the Chandler mail. The restrooms are super smart, clean, and almost resort style. This is a fun place with a great vibe!
