Panera Bread - Chantilly

I visited this restaurant for some pastries and, of course, their coffee. The staff was nice and friendly, as always.

The restaurant provides excellent customer service with friendly staff and consistently clean premises.

I would like to give a special thanks to Lynsey at Panera in South Riding! I have been sick in bed all week and finally managed to go out and get some food. Despite being very busy, Lynsey checked me out and asked how I was feeling. I explained that I was not feeling well but needed food, and she kindly gave me a brown bag with a cinnamon roll inside, hoping it would make me feel better. Thank you, Lynsey! You truly made my week with your kindness. It is gestures like these that truly warm my heart.

Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful! My order is always correct and being able to order online is a simple and smoother when going for pickup! Keep up the excellent work! Great scones and muffins

This is surprisingly one of the busiest Paneras I have visited, and I have been to many. Food is consistently high quality, staff are professional and friendly. No issues at all other than they need to expand the space.
