Contribuisci feedbackBeautiful place to have a quiet dinner. The staff was amazing and supportive. To the owners/management: The point of sale scheme ya'll have going on is something else. The menu changes based on how busy the kitchen and bar are, items just disappear. This is a sandwich shop at a bar guys. As an engineer I can appreciate automating inefficient processes, I was overjoyed the first time a server came to my table with a handheld p.o.s. system. A QR code to get the menu? I can deal with that. What you have going on here should change. You have great staff, a gorgeous space, an excellent location, sandwiches, and nice drinks. But you've sullied it with an inane ordering system and absentee management. Should be an easy fix! Innovation always gets push back, at a minimum if you're going to push boundaries have a manager on the schedule during weekends to smooth over the situation.
Cozy, warm atmosphere with sofas and warm lighting. Nice seating and tasty sandwiches. Biggest problem was ordering— when inputting credit card information, you can’t see your card information while typing and on some devices you can’t place the order and the website won’t tell you why you can’t place an order. It was frustrating and I had to use a friend’s phone to order. P.S. the chocolate chip cookies are very hard.
I love this place, I eat here all the time and occasionally host happy hours here. The food and drinks are all reasonably priced and the staff are fantastic. It's getting 4 stars instead of 5 because of one huge problem: The website is awful. Please please change it. Allow people to pay for drinks at the bar! Hire someone to make a quality website that works on phones. Hell, use chatgpt to help code a better website! Use squarespace! Anything!!! It's truly always a frustrating experience using the website! EVERYONE HATES IT! NO EXCEPTIONS! EVERYONE! Please. I beg you. Change the website. Other than that, it's a great place.
The service is very relaxed and all orders are done via their website, which at the time of this writing, was a nightmare and terrible. However, after only several attempts, we were all able to submit our orders. We were not surprised to learn later, that some of our orders did not come out and we had to re-ordered them; so, bring your patience with you. And no, they do NOT have their own phone application and no, the service people will not take your order.
Beds were uncomfortable. The pillows are just mush. The food is nice for free, but not great. The manager is awesome!
