I ordered the app for picking up board. My order was accepted to be done @2:13. I wrote the number I got here. There was no answer, so I called the number to let her know I was out. I was informed that they were waiting for my nachos to be done. 11 minutes later the young lady took my order out incomplete (no salad) and my nachos were wrong. She took the nachos back and about 13 minutes later there was no food. I called to talk to a manager, and all he had to say is that I'm sorry, we're busy and we've mixed up with your order. I asked if it was, and he said yes, this is with a break like what I wanted him to do about it. I finally got my food @2:43 after I had waited all the time and everything I got was sorry? They weren't much cars in the parking lot. It upsets me that a great customer service and professionalism is so difficult to get in these days. That was absolutely ridiculous!

Outdoor seating. Server was FANTASTIC, especially though a male peer was inappropriate, condescending and controlling while trying to work (management: Please note the behavior of the bear with Buzzcut. His behaviour is unacceptable). Eating was pretty good, with hints of excellence.

The food here was delicious! It is very rare that our whole family enjoys their food, but we made it safe here. Hubby had the ribs Hawaiian chicken. The kids I had. We also added the loaded cheeses to try. We were not disappointed! We can't wait to try again, other things!

We certainly had a great experience! The hot lava shrimp was amazing, really all food ordered was great. Service was great, Breanna made sure we had full drinks and our food came out immediately. Mood and music were very simple and relaxing.

Food and service was good overall. I had the Prime Rib, it was tougher and didn't have the flavor I was expecting. My wife had the filet. It was dry and had no flavor at all. She had to use steak sauce. Salads and sides were good and the other meals were good. We might try it again, but thought it was over priced for the quality we got.
