The staff, both front-of-house and back-of-house, are doing an excellent job of navigating the challenges that restaurants are facing nationally. There are signs posted informing guests that there may be a wait for seating and/or food, but that doesn't bother me at all because the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. While waiting for their meal, guests can enjoy coffee and 50s music. If there is a wait, I assure you it is definitely worth it! Keep in mind that brunch hours on weekends can be quite busy at any popular breakfast spot, which is a good indication that the food is delicious. During the weekdays, however, the wait is usually minimal or even non-existent. The staff and owners are wonderful, and the food, atmosphere, and prices are all fantastic. This place is family-friendly, and I promise you won't be disappointed!
We invited about 30 guests to arrive half an hour before my wife and daughter did. The party was a tremendous success, and I want to extend my gratitude to Kim for all her help. She even arranged for several staff members to be available, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service was outstanding! The cook managed to serve all the guests quickly, and the two waitresses were fabulous—very friendly and attentive to everyone. They kept everyone happy with fresh drinks, delicious milkshakes, and amazing food, and they made sure that all the guests were enjoying themselves. My daughter was completely surprised, and at the end of the day, she expressed that her surprise party at Spinners was absolutely perfect! She said her family had a wonderful afternoon together. Thank you, Spinners, for creating an unforgettable occasion for us. The Mitchells, Concord, Ohio
We ordered decaf coffee but had to wait quite a bit because they spilled a pot, and the refills were slow coming as well. I've heard from others that this place isn't ideal if you're in a hurry, and I can confirm that. Overall, the food was tasty, and the interior was beautiful, but I found the prices a bit steep for what you get. It’s a nice stop in South Chardon, but it would have a tough time competing with a place like Yours Truly in Mentor.
