Taco Bell - Charleston

I placed a decent-sized order, and it took a little while for it to be ready. I was with three teenagers, so we waited inside. One of my hard tacos was made with black beans and had become soft while the rest of the food was being prepared. The cook noticed this without me having to say anything and brought a fresh taco to our table, saying, "I bet that taco was soft, so here's a fresher one." That was such a nice gesture, and I really appreciated it. Overall, the food was just right and quite good.

I ordered a white hot burrito and a supreme soft taco with sweet tea, but instead, I received two soft tacos and unsweetened tea for lunch. I decided to go inside and let the cashier know about the mistake because I had really been looking forward to that burrito. They quickly remade my order and let me keep the two tacos I received initially. I also swapped my drink for a Baja blast. What could have been a frustrating situation turned out to be a pleasant experience, all thanks to the attentive and friendly Kenny. His helpfulness was quite surprising for a fast food place. He corrected my order right away and was very courteous throughout. After a tough morning at the office, this encounter really brightened my day!
