Cicchetti - Charlotte

This restaurant is definitely better suited for a date than for a business dinner. It’s not ideal for combining business meetings with tapas. However, this is more a reflection of my expectations than any fault of Cicchetti’s.

Our waiter, AZ, was attentive and friendly, making sure that our table of six was always well taken care of. The manager also stopped by to check on us, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about our experience as customers.

The food, service, and drinks were all outstanding. However, the cheese dish was a bit disappointing, as it contained only a few small pieces of cheese, along with some beautiful sour cherry bruschetta and a few other items. Priced at $18, it felt like a poor value. On the other hand, the other small dishes we tried, like the white bean dish, were quite enjoyable.
