Cold Stone Creamery - Charlotte

We needed a sweet snack and Cold Stone provided! The staff is super friendly and the ice cream is delicious. The children are satisfied because they scratched rubber bears and wrinkles in a delicious mix of other toppings. I love the cold stone mixing effect. This was a very pleasant and sweet tooth that completes the visit!

Whoever to this business employee sneeze in cuff of her arm then tried to make my ice without washing hands, had to tell her to wash them before they serve us. Then I came home and the next day we brought ice cream cake. The cake had long blond hair and NoOne wanted to eat it. We're not leaving here anymore. Not clean enough for me thumb down

Great service. Love the icecreams. There are many flavors and many options to choose from. Variations can come in all shapes and sizes and you can have it all crunches up into a beautiful masterpiece.

Ordered the strawberry passion cake which I have ordered for my birthday before. I had a difficult time getting in touch with someone at the store so I ordered online. The amount of guest I was having over changed so I changed to a smaller cake I was finally able to reach the store and they were able to update my order. The next day I go to pick up the cake. It?s a disaster. Looks no like the cake I ordered. I bring this to the attention of the manager and she said she didn?t see what was wrong with it. The cake had no strawberries and shards gram cracker cookies on the cake. Presentation is everything it was a birthday cake. At first Talia said oh because it the small one so it?s not going to look like the picture. I explained to her I have order this cake several times in different sizes and they all looked very similar to the picture. She then went on to say well corporate doesn?t send us graham cracker crumbs for the cakes anymore. I explained to her none of these excuses helped to ease my unhappiness about the cake. It only got worst. We take the cake home we serve some of it to the guest and it?s dry not fresh at all. I was very dissatisfied in the quality and the look of the cake. I was more disappointed by the service and the attitude of the manager when I explained my dissatisfaction with the product I purchased.
