Pokeatery - Charlotte

I love Poke, so I wanted to try this place when he opened. When we saw their big opening offers, we decided that it was a good time to try. We have about 30 minutes there before they opened and it within the first 100 that got a free Poke bowl. It was a long waiting time, but they moved quickly through the line. They have some of the best types of toppings compared to the other poke places in Charlotte that I loved. I have a citrus base that was really good. 4 proteins seem to be a lot, but their pots are very small, so I feel like you won't get a ton. It is Chipotle style to build your own bowl with recommended bowls like most other Poke places. You also have Dole whip free when you check in on Yelp. They let us upgrade them to swimmers. They were good for a few sips, but much too sweet. I think it would have been better if it weren't milk-free so it wouldn't be pure sugar. They also have pokado toast that sound good, but we didn't try. Everyone who works there was very friendly and there were fun free giveaways for the great opening. We both really enjoyed our Poke bowls. I would definitely come back, especially through the other food choices in the epicentre.

I'm a sushi lover, but I never had a Poke shell before I stopped in this Pokeatery location. I'm so glad I made it! The location is clean, welcoming and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the food... by far the best part! There were many protein and vegetable options to choose from and my bowl was put right in front of my eyes. If you like spicy options, go for what I had: the volcano Crunch. The fish was very fresh and the ingredients in my bowl all worked very nicely together. A taste bubble! I had the pineapple whip for dessert, which I also highly recommend. I'll be back to Pokeatery soon.

Not locally in the area, was eaten for a good Poke dish. At first it was hard to locate the place (second floor), but finally there were minutes before closing. What a surprise, big poke, salmon, tuna and other ingredients were so fresh and tasty. Both cash registers were so nice and welcoming, even though it was over.

Dinner in Pokeatery was great! The wide selection of fish and sides to choose from the kindness of the staff and the general cleanliness of the place, made this a place to go back and not just for lunch. Ah, and despite you try the tip whip – refreshing!

I ordered through postmates, so I cannot speak on the actual location. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh and what had seasoning was seasoned well. There was a great selection of bowls, but I made my own, and there was a great variety to choose from. The servings of each item, including protein, was very generous. I will definitely up go back.
