Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Charlotte

I just ordered over UberEATS 1 of the worst meals I had in a while. Even the driver told me to never order from this place. The chicken pliers were complete garbage, the beans and rice had a teaspoon of beans and barely cooked rice. Here is your future Popeyes: kill yourself! Leave your workers free and go quietly to this good night. You have no future! Your food and service are HANDSH?

The food is good. I still have to come and not wait over 30 minutes to get food. Even if there are 2 people in the car thru. I don't understand how they can be so slow. You could read a whole book that is just waiting for order and then read a second waiting to get the food.

We order an 8-piece dinner with frits and red beans and rice. I decided to go inside because of the long drive thru line. After I had ordered them to make my bag and put it on the side. After 20 minutes they checked the bag and gave it to another customer who complained about the waiting period. He left about 5 minutes and then came back to say that it was the wrong order, and the lady then admitted that it was our order and then took it another 20 minutes to fulfill our order. I spent 50 minutes on a chicken dinner stupid me once, but I'll never go there again. Popeyes has good food, but it's never worth it.

Employees will steal identity and try to buy with your card info. Yesterday there were and used my card I haven't used for a week. Today, two fraudulent purchases were tried. There is film on the drive thru window so you can't even see what it is? I suspect that something was fish with the time it was for the young woman on the trip thru (6/20/22 at appx. 18:00) took my card back. I won't return.

I'm updating from a 1 star to a 5 star. Their system was down today and they were super polite about it. Most of the time now staff will just turn you away and refuse to work. They were very helpful. Just keep serving up those blackened tenders, please and thank you!
