Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and speck, but I only received two of the toppings and no speck at all. I called the restaurant after noticing the missing bacon. It turns out that what they called "speck" on the menu was listed as "bacon" on the receipt, and they insisted that the speck was on the pizza. However, I’m quite certain that I didn’t pick out all the speck and I know what speck looks and tastes like. Their customer service was disappointing, and I can assure you I won’t be coming back again!
Dining at Reidy's on the Hill used to be a great experience, but unfortunately, it has taken a turn for the worse.
I used a coupon for a large pizza with three toppings: pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. However, I only received two toppings on my pizza and no bacon. I called the store after noticing the missing bacon on the receipt. They informed me that bacon was listed as "misc" and insisted it was included on the pizza. I can assure you it was not there—I know what bacon looks and tastes like, and I'm pretty sure I didn't remove it. While they may think they provided good customer service, I certainly don't feel that way. You can be sure I won't be dining there again!
The quality of food at Reidy's has declined significantly. It used to be an excellent restaurant, but now it's quite disappointing.
I visited the restaurant on May 2, 2014, to try their new smoked meat menu at 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, they were out of ribs and cole slaw, and the waitress seemed confused. The place also appeared quite unclean. I ordered a brisket sandwich, but there wasn't much meat on it. My wife had the smoked chicken quarters, which were not fresh and were very tough to chew. Overall, I’m sorry to say we won’t be returning.
