Starbucks - Charlotte

Ordered my favorite drink, that I purchase almost daily at another location downtown, and the employee argued with me on how it was made. After I showed him the app, showing the correct way, he continued to argue stating he was going to be contacting corporate to let them know their app was wrong. He was very rude. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a problem with this location, and will not be returning.

This Starbucks needs some major help. I dont believe any of the staff is properly trained including the manager. I have never ordered anything from this particular location and had it come out correct. The staff seems to be more concerned with chatting to each other than the people waiting in line. 25 mins for 2 coffee's and a sandwich. I love Starbucks just as much as the next person but will never return to this location ever again.

Every time I come here they are always out of something that I want. I guess that's what to expect as a convenient coffee place in a grocery store. Staff is okay the few times I've been lately they just seem to not care.

The barista at the register absolutely lit up when she saw me and asked how my day was going, absolutely made my day.

The barista Natalie was amazing. She was the sweetest and made my drink great! She is the nicest barista I have ever met at any starbucks. You can tell she enjoys her job and tale pride in it. I saw her ask each customer how their day was and she genuinely meant it.
