Hopefully, the fine details would be a breeze after that, like not putting cheese on a sandwich where none was requested, or omitting pickles, or not putting any onions when extra were requested on the McDouble I asked for.
There are a total of three employees working today. Each is busting a move to get people fed. There are customers inside, cars lined up outside and drivers coming in to pick up DoorDash orders.Through all of the demands, those three employees are keeping their cool, getting orders filled as fast as possible and giving their best.Are the tables inside clean? No. But it was easy enough to wet a paper napkin and clean off a table. Those three are doing their best and I have nothing but respect for each of them and their efforts.
For the most part they are solid but I routinely have issues with things being made incorrectly (not custom orders just menu items). Seems to happen most at breakfast and late at night.
Drive though was terrible waited over 10 min to even place order..3 cars in opposite side ordered back to back to back then they switched to me..then paid for food had to to sit and wait 5 more mins .food was absolute ly cold and couldn't return for fresh because of time. Ordered 20 dollars worth and it all
The staff are always very nice, but the drive thru takes a long time because they're understaffed. Management needs to hire and schedule more people.
