Near the city of Rennes we met with this fabulous gray facade restaurant made of wood. The truth is that already from the outside it convinced us, especially for its cozy decoration that in the interior is even better. The Auberge du Cheval Blanc has a most charming appearance. The interior of reddish brick walls is mixed with typical elements of the field. As a curious fact, many of the walls hang slates where phrases of famous authors appear. The restaurant’s food is delicious and you can choose from a host of typical Brittany dishes and menus that are delicious. The food is very well prepared and has a fantastic taste. You can choose the option of eating loose dishes or menu. We opted for the second option, as for a little more we could try the Bretonous gastronomic variety. Although the menu of the day is available for 14€. The Auberge du Cheval Blanc keeps that special flavor of Brittany intact.
